DELIVERY TERMS

Eu Countries

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse using GLS or DHL.

Orders are generally promptly dispatched within 2 working days of receiving. Delivery timescales are quoted from when the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

For larger orders (pallets) we will arrange a quotation from our pallet courier company and confirm the price with you before your order is dispatched. Alternatively some of our larger clients arrange for their own collection from our depot if this is better for them.

 

Non European Countries

All non European countries – carriage charge by request. You will be contacted in this event and informed of your carriage charge before your order is packed.

For larger orders (pallets) we will also arrange a quotation from our pallet courier company and confirm the price with you before your order is dispatched. Alternatively some of our larger clients arrange for their own collection from our depot if this is better for them.

Timescale

USA = 3 to 5 working days

Rest of World = approximately 7 working days
